One Life Cycling is a brand operating under Tennis Holidays Croatia Ltd.
Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms and Conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:
- Customer or Guest – user of the Product
- The product – your cycling package
- Tennis Holidays Croatia – THC
- One Life Cycling – OLC
- Supplier – all Tennis Holiday Croatia partner sources and products from hotels, transport companies, incoming agencies or any other supplier or provider
- Website – means the website of One Life Cycling, accessed through the URL address at www.onelifecycling.com
- Making a booking
1.1. Any Products detailed on the Website are subject to availability and before the final payment and booking acceptance, the availability will be checked.
1.2. To reserve a spot on the tour, a full payment of the tour is required or a deposit of 300 EUR per person for scheduled departures, a non-refundable deposit of 800 EUR per group for Private and Bespoke tours.
1.3. If you paid just a deposit, final payment is required 45 days prior to departure for a scheduled and private tour, and 90 days prior for all Bespoke tours. For reservations within the final payment period, final payment is due at the time of booking.
1.4. If the final payment is not received past the final payment deadline, your reservation is subject to cancellation.
1.5. Once your booking has been completed and paid for, Tennis Holidays Croatia will issue you with:
1.5.1. booking receipt (invoice) with details of the product you have booked. Please note this is not a complete booking confirmation with all the details of your itinerary, etc – this will be sent to you by Tennis Holidays Croatia separately later on. The booking receipt merely confirms that the funds have been received and details of the dates your product has been booked for.
1.5.2. When you receive documentation for your cycling tour (hotel stay, itinerary, activities, personal details), please ensure you check that these are correct and that they match the passport(s).
1.5.3. Travel credit is non-transferable and non-refundable. It has to be used within 365 days of the original departure date or will be forfeited. Special rules apply for COVID-related travel credits.
1.5.4. Customer agrees that he or she is responsible for making the deposit for the bicycle provided in the amount of 200 EUR (or USD 200) in cash, prior to the tour start. The deposit is needed for the repairs on the bicycle caused by negligence and not respecting the Tour Leader’s instructions which led to damage to the bike. In the case of total or significant damage above 2000 EUR (appraised by the certified bicycle workshop), the Customer is responsible for reimbursing Tennis Holidays Croatia the value of the bike.
If there was no damage to the bike after the tour ended and Tour Leader bike inspection, the Customer will receive reimbursement of the deposit in cash.
- Payment terms
2.1. Payment must be made in EUR and can be made by debit or credit card. Cash is not accepted.
2.2. Invoices are sent to you by e-mail.
2.3 When paying, please ensure that your card details are valid and that you have sufficient funds available.
2.4. Prices on the website and invoices are displayed in EUR per person, are based on double occupancy, and include taxes. Guests who wish to have their own room will be charged a single-room supplement. This supplement varied depending on the tour and can be found on each individual tour page on the website.
2.5. There is no price adjustment offered for arriving late or departing early from a tour, nor for tour participants who are not riding a bike.
2.6. Refunds and cancellations: If you have any amount that has been charged to your card, please contact us straight away. If we find the payment has been taken in error, we will refund the amount immediately to your credit or debit card. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Tennis Holidays Croatia.
- Changes you make before the tour
3.1.1. If you want to make changes to your cycling tour, we will do our best to help you. We cannot guarantee to make the change as they are subject to availability.
3.1.2. For scheduled tours, when a change is possible if requested within 60 days prior to departure, a fee in the amount of 100€ per person will be applied. This fee is subject to increase with the magnitude of changes requested. Additionally, the guest has to pay any increase in tour price caused by the change.
3.1.3. For private and bespoke tours, will be handled on a case-by-case basis. When a change is possible, if requested within 60 days prior to departure, a fee in the amount of 200€ per group will be applied. This fee is subject to increase with the magnitude of changes requested. Additionally, the guest has to pay any increase in tour price caused by the change.
- Cancellations you make before the tour
4.1.1. Cancellation policies below take into consideration the cost Tennis Holidays Croatia incurs before guests even depart. To avoid cancellation and trip change costs, please consider buying Travel Insurance for your booking.
4.1.2. Should you find that you need to cancel your cycling tour with Tennis Holidays Croatia, a written notice to cancel has to be made. Please send an email to the following address: info@onelifecycling.com
In order to cover our expected losses from the cancellation of the booking, please be aware of changes occurring in the percentage of the cost of the arrangement being canceled. The charges must be paid by the customer.

No refund can be made for any unused arrangements.
If canceling outside 60 days, guests may opt to keep the full deposit as a tour credit to use within 365 days of the original departure date.

4.1.3. Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim any cancellation charges payable under the terms of your insurance policy. All claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned.
- Changes made by Tennis Holidays Croatia before travel
5.1. Once you have confirmed the booking by making the payment, the sale is final. Occasionally, we have to notify you of a significant change that we may make due to force majeure. Every effort is made to keep changes to a minimum. Tennis Holidays Croatia is not responsible for any personal expenses incurred due to changes in itineraries or tour cancellations, such as prepaid hotel accommodation or airline tickets. We strongly suggest confirming your trip with Tennis Holidays Croatia before making any additional travel arrangements.
You can choose from one of the following options:
5.1.1. Accept amendments we have made
5.1.1.1.For hotel reservations – offer you an alternative of equivalent or closely similar standard and price at no extra cost, or a less expensive alternative, in which case we will refund the difference in price.
5.1.1.2. For cycling routes – providing the most suitable alternative of a similar standard to that originally booked. If for any reason (unfavorable weather conditions or similar) we are not able to fulfill the itinerary, we will find the best alternative and respect the Customer group’s wishes.
5.1.1.3. For bicycles – in the case of the advertised bicycle unavailability, a substitute with the same or better specifications will be offered at no extra cost or a lesser specifications bicycle in which case we will refund the difference in price.
5.1.2. Book another available tour from us – If you do not wish to accept the alternatives offered, you can choose a different tour we offer by paying or receiving the difference in price and or receiving travel credit for future tours.
5.1.3. Cancel your holiday with a refund – Accepting the cancellation of your holiday in which case you will receive a full refund of all funds if you are informed of the changes 29 days or sooner before the date of the tour start.
5.2. All mentioned above goes for significant changes. If any minor changes happen, we will inform you, however, there won’t be any compensation.
5.3. All trips and their extensions are limited to no more than twelve (12) passengers. All trips and trip extensions require a minimum number of four (4) participants to operate. Tennis Holidays Croatia reserves the right to change the departure date of any trip as well as cancel any trip or optional extension that does not reach a minimum level of participation.
5.4. Our standard cancellation policy is relaxed in situations where borders are not open for our guests in case of a pandemic (eg. COVID). In these cases, we will review the situation 45 days prior to departure to determine if it’s possible to run the tour. Should the tour be canceled due to border crossing, all funds paid will be transferred to a traveler credit for a future tour within 365 days of the original departure date.
5.5. Force majeure – Except where it is stated differently in these conditions, there cannot be any compensation, reimbursement expenses, or cover losses for any amount. If as a result of circumstances beyond our control, we have to change your Tour or s Single Component after booking, or we, or our suppliers, cannot supply your Tour/Single Component, as we, or they, had agreed, or you suffer any loss or damage of any description. When circumstances beyond our control are referred to, those are ones that could not be foreseen or avoided, even after taking all reasonable care. Such circumstances usually include but are not limited to, war, the threat of war, airport closures, epidemic, natural or nuclear disaster, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial dispute, bad weather (actual or threatened), change to Foreign Office advice to advise against travel to the destination and significant construction work ongoing outside of your accommodation (such as resort development).
- Changes made by Tennis Holiday Croatia after travel
6.1. if we can’t provide some parts of your pre-booked holiday after the tour start, a suitable alternative will be offered if possible. If it is not possible to offer you a suitable alternative, or you don’t accept the alternatives, you will have to a partial refund for the services that were not provided, unless the reason for a change is due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Complaints
7.1. If you have a complaint or experience any problems whilst on the tour please inform us by email at info@onelifecycling.com immediately to help you resolve the situation directly. If the matter cannot be resolved locally, please write to our Customer Service at info@onelifecycling.com, giving your booking reference within 28 days of returning home.
- Travel documents and services
8.1. At the request of guests, we may recommend the services of other companies including hotels, transportation, restaurants, and other services outside our operations. While Tennis Holidays Croatia takes care to recommend excellent and reliable external travel organizations, we do not guarantee services provided by these companies and are not liable for issues, or cancellations that may arise.
8.2. To participate in a scheduled departure, a guest must be age 16 or older. Please note that minors must be accompanied by an adult. Travelers under the age of 16 are welcome to participate in Private or Bespoke tours, down to the age of 14. We are happy to work with you and your family to select the date and destination that will meet your specific needs.
8.3. Each guest must obtain a passport and any applicable visas needed for the tour prior to departure. If a guest is unable to obtain a travel document or is prohibited from entering the destination, our standard cancellation policy will apply. Passports must be valid for at least six months after the tour ends.
8.4. In order to meet requests for bike size selections, guests must submit their preference no later than 45 days prior to departure. Requests submitted within 45 days prior to departure will be subject to availability and may not be guaranteed.
8.5. For all One Life Cycling tour itineraries you will receive after booking your tour, you will find recommended times and locations for arrivals and departures. Tennis Holidays Croatia provides transfers to and from the tour from the pick-up and drop-off locations stated on the itinerary. In the event your train, flight, or other travel falls outside the arrival or departure times or locations, you may be responsible for extra costs incurred in arranging a separate transfer.
- Release of liability and miscellaneous
9.1. If not sent by you at the time of tour booking, we may request additional information for you to complete your profile and finalize your trip. Your profile allows us to secure your bicycle, note dietary restrictions, and recognize any special requests you may have.
9.2. By submitting your deposit and completing your profile, you agree to the following code:
- I have chosen a trip that suits my abilities, level of fitness, and state of health.
- I do not have any physical conditions or disabilities that are a hazard to me or other travelers.
- I have a valid passport and all visas, permits, certificates, and vaccinations required for travel.
- I will read all pre-trip materials about clothing, medical requirements, and culture-specific etiquette.
- I will make sure to communicate any special requests at least 30 days prior to travel. This includes dietary restrictions, medical requirements, and room preferences. I understand that Tennis Holidays Croatia will make every effort to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee they will be met.
- I will respect the laws and customs of the countries visited.
- I will follow environmental guidelines and regulations while on the trip in accordance with Tour Leader’s direction.
- I will respect the rights and privacy of fellow guests.
- I understand that group travel invariably involves compromise to accommodate the diverse desires, travel goals, personalities, and physical abilities of all group members. One Life Cycling Tour Leaders may be required to improvise and exercise good faith, use discretion, and/or make decisions based upon group consensus. These decisions may not always please each individual but are intended to satisfy the larger desires of the group.
- I understand that Tennis Holidays Croatia reserves the right to refuse service during a tour to anyone whose health or behavior could impede the welfare or enjoyment of fellow guests. An individual may be asked to leave a trip if the leader determines that the person’s continuing participation may prove detrimental to the individual or the group.
- I understand a road less traveled means that access to medical facilities and evacuation services may be limited.
- I understand the weather is out of One Life Cycling’s control.
- I will always wear a helmet when riding.
- I will not wear headphones when riding.
- I will consume alcohol responsibly.
- I will be responsible for all and any damages made to the hotel room.
- I will not use my cell phone while riding a bike.
- I will follow Tour Leader instructions regarding the usage of the bike and take the best care possible to avoid damage to the bike.
If you do not consent to these regulations, you risk dismissal from the tour and returning home at your expense with no refund for the missed tour portion. Tennis Holidays Croatia reserves the right to decline or cancel a reservation should the individual’s health or behavior impede the welfare or enjoyment of fellow guests.
8.3. Tennis Holidays Croatia is not liable for bodily injury or property damage as a result of (but not limited to): physical exertion for which a guest is not prepared; forces of nature; collisions with bicycles, pedestrians, or automobiles; road conditions including but not limited to lack of shoulder and roadway surfaces affected by weather conditions; travel by plane, train, auto, boat, or other conveyance, or by bicycle, ski, horseback, foot, or other forms of active or adventure travel; consumption of alcoholic beverages; civil unrest; terrorism; breakdown of equipment; high altitude; lack of or limited access to medical attention in remote locations or the adequacy of medical attention once provided.
Guests who fail to provide a signed Release of Liability prior to departure will not be permitted to join the trip and the standard cancellation policy will apply.
9.4. Tennis Holidays Croatia is not liable for expenses including meals, transportation, or hotel costs that are not specified as included in the trip cost but may be required to get to or from a trip start or end. Tennis Holidays Croatia reserves the right to make route and hotel modifications as necessary to improve the quality of a trip or to accommodate the comfort and well-being of guests.
9.5. Tennis Holidays Croatia is not responsible for the loss of passports, tickets, or other documents, or the loss of or damage to luggage, personal property, valuables, or other passenger belongings. Guests may not take as baggage on the tour animals, firearms, prohibited or controlled substances, or inflammable or hazardous items. Given the nature of our trips, you will not always have your luggage with you. Therefore, we urge you to pack carefully and consider leaving valuables at home. Guests are responsible to ensure their baggage is properly labeled and transferred to and put on any train, ship, aircraft, or other means of transport.
9.6. While Tennis Holidays Croatia makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of our publications, we cannot be held responsible for typographical or printing errors, including prices.
Tennis Holidays Croatia recognizes that some guests may have severe food allergies. We make every effort to ensure that our suppliers are notified and prepared, but cannot guarantee that all requests will be accommodated.
Additionally, guests grant Tennis Holidays Croatia permission to take photographs or film recordings of trips for promotional and commercial use, without remuneration now or in the future. The guest agrees to assign all rights, titles, and interests they may have in or to any media in which their name or likeness might be used to Tennis Holidays Croatia. Guests agree that Tennis Holidays Croatia may use any testimonials regarding services rendered for promotional and/or commercial purposes without any remuneration now or in the future. Tennis Holidays Croatia photography within this website is copyrighted by Tennis Holidays Croatia and may not be reproduced without permission.
9.7. Tennis Holidays Croatia is committed to providing tours free from any form of harassment and disrespectful or other inappropriate conduct based on race, religion, color, gender (including gender identity and gender expression), national origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, registered domestic partner status, age, sexual orientation, military and veteran status, or any other basis protected by federal, state or local law or ordinance or regulation. Prohibited harassment, disrespectful or inappropriate conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following behavior: 1) verbal conduct such as epithets, derogatory jokes or comments, slurs or unwanted sexual advances, invitations, comments, posts, or messages; 2) visual displays such as derogatory and/or sexually-oriented posters, photography, cartoons, drawings or gestures; 3) physical conduct including assault, unwanted touching, intentionally blocking normal movement or interfering with the Trip because of sex, race, or any other protected basis; and 4) threats and demands to submit to sexual requests or sexual advances. Guests should report any harassment, disrespectful or inappropriate conduct immediately. Harassment, disrespectful or inappropriate conduct may be grounds for immediate dismissal from a tour. Should a Guest be asked to leave a tour, there will be no refund of any portion of the tour price, used or unused, nor will Tennis Holidays Croatia be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the Guest as a result of their dismissal.
DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY POLICY
For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and UK data protection laws, the data controller is Bojan Dvorsek of Tennis Holidays Croatia Ltd (owner). Tennis Holidays Croatia Ltd is a Private Limited Company by guarantee and includes the following brands:
- Tennis programs
- Tennis Holidays & other Activities in Croatia
- One Life Cycling – boutique ebike cycling tours
This privacy policy sets out the way we process your personal data and we’ve created this privacy policy to make sure you are aware of how we use your data as a user of our venue.
PERSONAL DATA
Personal Data covers both facts and opinions about an individual where that data identifies an individual. For example, it includes information necessary for your Cycling Tour
HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Agency will use the personal information provided by the Customer to
1) Provide the Property booked
2) Provide additional services through third parties requested by the Customer
3) Process your payment for the booking
4) Inform you about similar products or services that The Agency provides. The Customer may stop receiving these at any time by unsubscribing
5) The Agency will not give your personal data to any third party other than the Owner unless you have requested additional services to be provided during your booking, in which case the parties providing those services will be provided with your personal data, where necessary
6) Photographs and video taken during the tour by the company operators, are subject to use on the One Life Cycling website and promotional activities.
SHARING YOUR INFORMATION WITH OTHERS
We do not sell or share Customer personal data with third organizations unless needed to operate a specific tour for which the Customer has booked.
