We offer (almost) all-inclusive tour packages from hand-picked boutique accommodation to great gourmet food, unique tour leaders and comfortable full-suspension ebike. For more details please advise our inclusions for each tour.

Our tours are guaranteed to run when at least 4 people have booked. An additional supplement may be required to run the tour if the minimum number of travelers is not met 40 days prior to the trip.

For all our tours your spot can be reserved online. On the page of the tour you've chosen, simply click the blue “Join tour” button. Once you have submitted your booking form and credit card details in the next step, your spot on the tour has been reserved.
When placing a reservation, a deposit of €500 or full payment for a specific tour is required. Full payment is due 40 days prior to the trip date. For Private or Bespoke tours, payment terms vary. For details of the cancelation policy please refer to the Terms & Conditions.

To fully enjoy the tour, we advise the following.
Cycling equipment:

• Helmet (mandatory)
• Gloves
• Jersey or sports shirts
• Windproof jacket
• Cycling shorts/leggings

Travel items you need:

• Passport (photocopy recommended)
• Local currency
• Emergency contacts
• Medications
• Mobile phone
• Power/plug adapter (for EU sockets)
• Toiletries
• Sun protection (eyewear, hat, sunscreen)
• Depending upon weather conditions and tour dates you should pack comfortable, sporting clothes and what you usually pack when traveling abroad (swimsuit, evening jacket, walking shoes...).
• Formal attire is not necessary.

All our tours are partnered with family-owned boutique hotels, upscale B&Bs, estates, glamping resorts, and inspirational villas.

When booking a tour, you will have the option to state your dietary preferences, restrictions, and allergies. Detailed information on restrictions/allergies will be passed to our tour leaders, as well as to our hotels and partnering restaurants.

Yes. If you're bringing clip-in pedals, we'll be happy to install them on your bike (our bikes are equipped with flat pedals). We recommend that riders who plan to use clip-in pedals have prior experience riding this way before the tour.

Bicycle fitting is done on the arrival day of the tour on the bike sized and selected for you, depending on your exact measurements. It is very important to provide us with your current height (measured without shoes) when making your reservation. There will be only one bike per rider at the starting location. Fine fitting and technical briefing for each rider is done by our tour leaders.

One Life provides complimentary airport transfer for all our guests on the official arrival/departure day from and to airports defined for each tour.

Gratuities for One Life staff are very welcome and much appreciated to thank them for their expertise, service, and support.
Tips can be made in cash. We also recommend that you make sure your bank is aware that you will be using your card internationally.
Gratuities for hotel and restaurant service are included in the tour price.

No, One Life tours are based to be ridden during daylight only. However, our bikes are equipped with front and tail lights for safety reasons, in order to be well noticed even on bright and sunny days.

On each of our tours, the support van is present and driven by one of our tour leaders. The leader in the van is responsible for your luggage to be safely transported from one accommodation to another, but also for making other preparations regarding your stay and well-being. Please limit your luggage to one medium-sized suitcase and one carry-on.

Our difficulty levels are described and can be referred to in our touring style. Ebikes have a gradual level of assistance and that feature can therefore be used to level out the group's fitness.

We'll do our best to assist you with reservations for pre- and post-trip hotels in the same cities as on a specific tour. Other ways of assistance can be discussed through our official contact mail address.

Private rooms are available with a single room use supplement.
We aim to find roommates (of the same gender) for all solo travelers that wish so. Therefore we don't charge single-use supplement immediately when you book. If we (or you) are unable to find a roommate until 40 days prior to the trip date, 50% of the single room use supplement will be charged.

Of course. The only previous skill you need is how to ride a regular bicycle. In our technical briefing, we'll be covering the basics of assisted ebike riding from handling controller to tips and tricks for gear changes and battery saving. You can even connect your smartphone to your ebike via Bluetooth in order to have all the diagnostics on your phone screen.

To participate in a scheduled departure, travelers must be age 16 or older. Please note that minors must be accompanied by an adult.

On some tours, riding is daily from A to B staying at a different accommodation, A to A making a loop or the support vehicle taking you to point A or returning you from point B back. In that way, we can create a unique riding experience every day and make the most of the localities. Our lifestyle tours are based in one location for the whole tour duration. That makes lifestyle tours relaxed and more convenient for you to opt in & out from daily rides.
